Who we are

What we collect

The details you send through our enquiry form or WhatsApp: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you need and your message. When you use our services we also receive the documents needed to complete them, such as company and tax documents. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver the services you ask for, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with the parties needed to deliver your service, such as CIPC, SARS, the Central Supplier Database, CIDB or a B-BBEE verification agency, and with service providers like our web host. We share only what is required, and the law may require disclosure in some cases.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deliver the service and manage our relationship with you, and for any period the law requires. After that it is deleted or de-identified.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small session values so the opening animation only plays once per visit.

Your rights
